ALL are invited to hear Update to RTAG’s and Matt Ameika’s Mexican law firm efforts to effect the Angel Watch notification system and Mexico’s parallel Guardian Angel program. We have the acquired 5 Amparo (Remedy) cases to hopefully make changes to immigration procedures. Furthermore, the Mexican courts have recently established that the Mexican constitution and legal rights take priority over international agreements. We have also begun a process of engaging Mexican judges and and government officials. Finally, we will discuss plans going forward. Paul Rigney and Matt will discuss for 30 mins then open for questions.

Who lets the Angel Office know about your travel outside the U.S. Is it the RSO or the office the RSO normally registers with? How many weeks notice is required? What do you need to do if you stay longer outside the country?
The Angle Watch office gets its info from several feeds. One is the Marshall service when a registrant gives
21 day notice of travel. Another is information from a database called the “Name Record” when flights are booked.
Another is the airline manifest, which is released as the doors of a flight close. This manifest is released
electronically to Customs and Border Protection (CBP)for all flights departing and arriving into US airspace.
From the CBP, info is passed to ICE and Angel Watch.

I tried to listen in but no luck.
I missed the call. Will audio be posted?
Yes I will post this week end
Paul
Hello Paul. Are you a practicing attorney ? I would like to retain an attorney with rso case experiences in regards to tier registry. I would like to get ahead of it . Is it possible to contact you via phone or email? Thank you .
Does anyone know what countries in Africa allow us to travel there, AND whether we are allowed to travel to Russia?
With all this information does it mean we can travel to Mexico?
If you don’t give the 21 day notice can you travel outside the country with no problems?
Thanks for all the information on this website.
Mexico is still tunning Registrants away
I have a question, and I am hoping it could get answered here. I currently reside in New York, where I am a level 1 and I am not posted anywhere. I want to move out of there, I have started to hate the place and I can’t take it anymore. My conviction is from the Military, where I barely served 5 months over a wrongful conviction which I am trying to fight, it has been over 5 years since I have gotten out of confinement, and I am still trying to fight it, with no luck, the military court system is a joke, while there is proof of the wrongful conviction I am still having a hard time trying to fight it. I served over 15 years in the military and have never been trouble before, in or out of the military. Since my release, I have not gotten into anything and truthfully I am ready to leave NY and I am trying to find a place like it, well, in the way where I am not posted online, where I can travel back and forth in the states without having to call all the time, ny has been very good with that. I would like recommendations as to other states, if possible, also if any know of a way I can request to be removed off the registry in NY it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
Hey man, how are you doing? Same with me. I served 15 years and got a wrongful conviction and did 18 months in leavenworth. No evidence, he said she said type of case. I’m trying to figure out a country to move to too. any luck?
I’m from WA state , I have a Mexican passport I am a dual citizen. Can I fly out of the USA into Mexico 🇲🇽 with my Mexican passport and be okay since I am a citizen their to?
Is there a recording of this call? I would really love to go to Jamaica ktravel matrix is confusing, spent $200 on calls to Jamaica to get an answer to no avail, have now sent letters to US Embassy in Jamaica and National Ministry of security) and Mexico, so the updates would be greatly appreciated. I often feel RSOs are treated worse than murderers, they don’t have a registry.
Question on Mexico. Our son met a Mexican national through mutual friends. He was registered, but no longer. When he flew to Mexico, he was denied entry. They subsequently met in Tijuana where he could cross without showing a passport. They’ve since married, 3 years ago, but likely his wife will be denied US residency due to Adam Walsh. Their back up plan is to move to Mexico, where he can get residency under family unification. But to proceed, he’ll need an FMM for which he’ll need to present his passport. If he does a land crossing rather than air, will he likely be denied? His passport has never been revoked nor does it have an identifier. He is no longer registered nor on SORNA.
Hello
I will email you from [email protected]
Do passports have to be renewed every year for ex offenders?
Sorry my question doesn’t involve International travel but does anyone know of any good gulf coast beaches that doesn’t include Florida? Not sure if I want to go for a week or just a few days. I hear Florida is tough even on those of us from out of state that visit.
Has anyone been to the Virgin Islands? I know people tell me that the US Virgin Islands should be no issue, but just curious if anyone had to register there, assuming you stayed more than 2 or 3 days.
